You can place an order by browsing our website and adding the items you want to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the cart icon and follow the instructions to complete your payment and shipping details. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you may return, exchange or cancel your order in accordance with our return and exchange policy.

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return or exchange an item, you must contact us at support@cathyscollection.com or call us at +18134678338 and request a return or exchange authorization number. You must write the return or exchange authorization number on the package and send it to the address we provide you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned or exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment or send you the replacement item within 30 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or is returned after the 30-day period.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us at support@cathyscollection.com or call us at +18134678338 and inform us of your decision to cancel your order. You may use the cancellation form provided on our website, but it is not obligatory.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your order.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
- Contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
